    I logged in the other day to register a game and to my dismay i saw that all my points were missing.
    Only to realise that I now have to accounts I didn't make the seccond account I need help with this.
    I'm able to see my orginal account with all my points but i cannot log into it anyway someone can help me?

    Well this is annoying... where can I go to fix this? I can see my old account still there, but I get stuck on this one whenever I attempt to log in...

    I am glad that I am able to log into my original account without any issues thanks to help from Square Enix customer service. However, I would like to change the password but cannot because the site is not registering the username and password given to me when attempting to log in through support. Please fix this. Thank you!

    GUH WHAT!?

    So....I havent logged in about 3 weeks and.....when I do.....I notice my user icon was gone...so I checked my page...and all my friends and my games are now missing.....what happened.......?
